We would like to introduce a case where our developed system was implemented at the K Company Employee Stock Ownership Association in the construction industry. The company faced issues such as increased burdens from analog administrative procedures, inefficiencies and errors in distribution tasks, and a management system that was overly reliant on specific individuals. In response, we proposed the "Employee Stock Ownership Association WEB," which is linked to the internal portal site. This allowed for the centralized management of past application histories and important documents in the cloud, enabling the establishment of a paperless and secure management system.
